PACE™ 2.0 Master Mix is a version of PACE™, formulated to neutralise the effect of PCR inhibitors in crude DNA extractions, increasing performance with increase signal to noise ratio and enables users to follow reactions in real time.
  
Why use PACE™2.0 ?
PACE™ 2.0 is designed specifically for use where high residual levels of inhibitors in the DNA samples are adversely affecting the PCR. The increased signal:noise effectively shows as tighter grouping on genotyping plots making it easier to score data and finally the ability to follow the reaction in real time without the need to purchase expensive additional specific probes.
 
 
 
PACE™ Multiplex Master Mix is an enhanced version of PACE™ Master Mix, formulated to enable users to analyse up to four targets in one reaction well :
